Purchasing Process
All purchases require a password to complete. To receive our purchase code please complete the following steps.
Step 1 – System Installation Requirements
- Proximity to Feed Water: The system must be installed in a location that is within 10-15ft of a water feed.
- Proximity to Power Source: The system must be installed near a power outlet (power cord is approximately Xft long).
- Dimensions of space: Please refer to the product specifications for exact dimensions of the unit to determine if it can fit in the desired space.
Step 2 – Confirm Unit Placement

We ask that you email us a photo of the location you would like the unit installed along with the exact dimensions of the space in order to ensure the unit can fit in the desired location in your home. Please feel free to include any other questions you may have. If you are having trouble decided where the unit will go we are able to schedule an at-home visit to confirm placement location. You can expect a response via email or phone within 1 business day.
Step 3 – Complete payment/financing
- After your scheduled consultation, we will send an invoice. Payments can be made by check or credit card.

Step 4 – Schedule installation
- Once full payment has been received or a financing plan has been completed, we will contact you within 1 business day to schedule installation at the earliest date available.
